The panel session is aimed at faculty who are considering retirement or who are retired, and who are looking for insights on how to manage the transition, practically and emotionally. Panelists will share research-driven findings and approaches as well as personal experiences. Cornell Staff who support retirees will also be in the audience to answer questions and share resources.
