Michael Higginbotham, Joseph Curtis Professor of Law and former Interim Dean, University of Baltimore School of Law and author of Ghosts of Jim Crow: Ending Racism in Post-Racial America. “The law is a powerful weapon to create racial inequality and racial equality.” Is ending racism in America possible?
