This workshop is designed to stimulate discussion and improve the understanding of topics related to inclusion and engagement of graduate students from diverse backgrounds, including international, gender, socioeconomic status, and race.

Participants will watch filmed monologues of eight characters from diverse backgrounds. The workshop aims to increase understanding of exclusion and inclusion experiences in learning environments, provide a forum to see the commonality of the human experience, and promote awareness of unconscious bias in daily interactions.
