Panelists:

Cynthia Cuffie, Endocrinologist and executive coach specializing in leadership development, individual assessment, career planning, and diversity strategy and management;

Lisa Freeman, acting president at Northern Illinois University (NIU). Previous roles include executive Vice President and provost, Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies at NIU, and professor of pharmacology and associate Vice President of innovation at the University of Kansas; and

Lisa Rangel, founder and managing director of Chameleon Resumes.
