We will watch a video depicting three scenarios of on-campus faculty interview interactions, designed to stimulate a discussion about faculty behaviors, perspectives, assumptions and possible impacts on the institution. Led by Yael Levitte, Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Development and Diversity, this session addresses procedures and policies, legal boundaries, and departmental and institutional climate. Dane Cruz, director of the Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble, will also participate.
