In this session, we’ll discuss how to build a vibrant intellectual community in your lab and/or research group. Topics to be addressed include how to inspire students who work on different topics to collaborate, develop research synergies, and foster collegial relationships. Questions to be addressed include how often should lab meetings be held as well as the recommended frequency of one-on-one meetings. There will be time for questions and answers as well.
