Strategies for Managing Large Research Collaborations

What are the keys to successful research projects with multiple collaborators?
In this hour-long program, principal investigators responsible for managing projects with partners across institutions and disciplines will discuss the importance of forming a tight team where all feel a sense of ownership. Panelists will describe the elements critical for team success and effectiveness, and the policies and practices important for setting goals and funding allocations.
They will also address how they navigate challenges, including data management, publishing protocols, shared responsibilities, and the tools, behaviors and approaches they use. There will be time for your questions and answers to them.
