OFDD relies on a model of “faculty for faculty” and meets 2-3 times per year with the advisory board to discuss and develop programs and policies. Members can guide faculty in the colleges when issues related to faculty development or climate arise. Advisory board members are expected to serve for a three-year-term; their appointment can be renewed by college leadership.
