Led by Yael Levitte, Senior Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Development and Development, this workshop uses a video to depict three scenarios that can arise during the interview process. Levitte will facilitate a discussion about the potential impacts the scenarios could have on the candidate, department, and the institution. Issues to be discussed include procedures and policies, legal boundaries, and department and institutional climate. There will be time for questions and answers.
