Faculty sometimes need to engage in difficult conversations with students, colleagues and staff. Navigating these conversations in person or via Zoom can help address misunderstandings and communication gaps.

In this session, faculty will be introduced to a practical technique to structure these conversations. There will be an opportunity to practice and discuss how to approach conflict. Through a case study, small group work, and large group discussion, we will apply and discuss an effective preparation framework for specific situations.
