Cornell faculty have access to programs and resources from a range of campus partners to enhance and support their teaching and advising practices.
- The Cornell Center for Teaching Innovation (CTI) supports Cornell educators of all levels with a full complement of individualized services and programs dedicated to creating and sustaining multicultural, rigorous, and vibrant learning environments.
- The Dean of Students serves as the central point of contact for the advocacy, empowerment, and education of all students, offering comprehensive support and resources from academic to co-curricular opportunities.
- Undergraduate Research at Cornell is the central hub for facilitating undergraduate research at Cornell, assisting faculty with organizing and coordinating research at the undergraduate level.
- Cornell Health offers resources for faculty about assisting students in distress, promoting well-being through teaching and advising and other scholarly environments.

Miller, Associate Vice Provost for Academic Initiatives at Cornell.
- Teaching International Students: Tips for Instruction – Suggestions for creating a welcoming and supportive teaching environment for international undergraduate, graduate and professional students.
- The Einhorn Center for Community Engagement – The Einhorn Center offers social justice and leadership programs, funding and more. Visit the Einhorn Center to find other community-engaged opportunities, from courses to research to community service.
- For educators, building an atmosphere of trust and respect means intentionally fostering a learning environment where discussion and diverse views are welcome. Cornell faculty are highly encouraged to read “Responding to Incidents that Affect the Teaching and Learning Climate” to help navigate difficult moments in the the classroom and build a more trusting learning community.

Mentoring and Advising Graduate Students
The demands of graduate-level study present unique challenges—and learning opportunities—for mentoring faculty, advisers and their advisees.
