• 9:00 am – 10:30 am  Welcome Breakfast in the Yale Princeton Room – Statler Hotel
• 10:45 am – 12:00 pm Department Activities
• 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm   Participant Lunches with Departments
• 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm   Department Activities
• 2:45 pm – 4:30 pm Workshops with OFDD – 401 Warren Hall
• 4:30 pm  Transportation Back to the Hotel
• 6:00 pm +  Dinner with department representatives

Thursday, September 21, 2023

• 7:30 am – 8:30 am  Breakfast at the Hotel
• 8:30 am  – 9:00 am  Transportation to departments on Campus
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm  Participant Activities with Departments
• 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm  Afternoon – Workshops with OFDD 148 Stocking Hall – Lunch is provided
• 3:45 pm – 5:15 pm Campus Tour (Optional)
• 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm  Closing Dinner at Johnson Museum of Art
• 7:30 pm – 7:45 pm  Transportation Back to Hotel
