Led by Yael Levitte, Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Development and Diversity, this hour-long workshop includes a video showing of three scenarios depicting on-campus faculty interview interactions. Levitte will facilitate a discussion about the behaviors, perspectives and assumptions of faculty in these scenarios and highlight the possible impacts on the candidate, department and the institution. Issues to be addressed include procedures and policies, legal boundaries, and department and institutional climate.
Cornell faculty who have not previously attended this workshop are encouraged to attend. RSVP requested.
