The Dean of Faculty and the Associate Dean represent the interests of Cornell faculty before the Trustees, the Administration, students, staff and alumni. Their website is an excellent resource for Cornell faculty.
All policies and procedures relevant to Cornell faculty are outlined in The Faculty Handbook. The dean of faculty also runs the Faculty Senate where faculty’s views are expressed and debated.
