The Faculty Advancement Network is a new consortium of national research universities, including Cornell, Harvard and Stanford, advancing diversity in academic institutions. FAN offers programs, tools and resources on multiple topics, such as engaging with students on race and racism, the impact of systemic racism on creating a diverse faculty, and mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on the career advancement of underrepresented faculty.
